Fresh fig cracked open.
Red and green flesh breathes freely.
Where is the dead wasp?

Mangled and crimson.
Fleshy, rotten, I love it.
Grotesque, beautiful.

Cracked like a rude pom-
-e-gran-ate, e-vis-cer-at-
-ed seeds cast away.

Bamboo grows eager
Flourishing and pushing through.
Unfortunate man.
