Wake up Early

Wake earlier than is expected but later than you would like to. Do so only on alternating days of the week as to avoid falling into a routine. In general, make it a habit to avoid routine.

Green Diet

Eat mostly green foods, such as grass, clover, green jello, green skittles, US dollars, and some frogs. Include elements of grey into your consumption, but never red or white (as to avoid an imbalance).

Sing Loudly

Do this often and in public places. Do this even in places where quiet is expected (libraries, waiting rooms, etc.). If you face conflict with people because of this tell them they resemble an abject wall.

Make Amends

Apologize to everyone, including people who you haven't wronged and have in fact done harm to you or alternatively to people who you have never met. After these apologies insist you meant nothing by them.

Burn your future

Work to reduce the odds that good things will happen to you in the future. Drink and smoke to excess, eat only when you aren't hungry, spread negative rumors about yourself, work actively to develop useless skills while un-developing your useful ones. Be at un-ease with yourself constantly and never take a deep breath. Run away when people say hello and run into the arms of those who don't respect you. Find your audience and kill them, then find another. Make sure that at all times you never know just quite what it is that you are doing.
